About Me
More than thirty years ago, I started my first job on Capitol Hill not knowing much—except that I wanted to make a difference.
I spent my early career watching and learning how organizations work and what leadership looks like at its best: in boardrooms during crisis, across state lines building partnerships, through multiple organizational transformations and culture initiatives, and alongside people navigating the messy, uncertain work of change. Somewhere along the line, I stopped watching and started leading.
A year ago, I stepped away from executive life to launch something I've been building toward my entire career: Growth Development and Performance, LLC, a leadership development and coaching practice. Today, I help leaders and teams cut through the noise so they can intentionally design how they will lead.
With over 30 years of experience in government relations and the utility industry, I am recognized for building genuine relationships, executing complex projects, and leading high-performing teams to deliver sustainable outcomes. I also have served as a trusted advisor to public officials, executives, and board members.
Significance of My Logo Design
The woven symbol in a circular pattern represents individuals working together while continuously evolving together as a unit. The circular structure reflects GDP’s coaching philosophy — growth is not a straight line, but an ongoing process of reflection, learning, and improvement.
