Leadership Development Services
Simple, practical, and customizable services to support your leadership journey.
Every leader and every team I work with is different. So I start by understanding you - your goals, your context, and the pressures you’re carrying right now. Then I design the engagement around that.
How often we meet, over what period, and what we focus on all follow from what you’re trying to do.
My work falls into two areas: coaching for individual leaders and leadership development for teams.
Coaching for Leaders
Leaders spend their days making decisions, absorbing pressure, and holding things together for everyone else. What they rarely get is quiet, honest space to step back and think about who they are and how they want to lead.
That’s the space I hold.
I’m a coach. Not a consultant who hands you a plan, not mentor who tells you what worked for me. A coach asks. I believe you already carry most of your own answers - my work is asking the questions that help you find them, and staying while you do the harder work of acting on them.
I coach from what I’ve lived. For more than two decades I led at nearly every level of an organization. I know the pressures you’re carrying, because I’ve carried them.
Where you are shapes where we start. Here’s who I work with.
-
You’ve recently stepped into your first leadership role. The work that got you here — your technical skills, your individual output - isn’t the work in front of you now.
You might be:
Newly promoted and finding your footing as a leader
Navigating the shift from peer to manager
Building the confidence to lead in a way that feels like you
Learning to lead through your natural strengths
-
You’re an experienced manager or director, and you’re thinking about what’s next — for your career, your team, or both.
You might be:
Preparing for a bigger role and want to grow into it deliberately
Leading your team through change
Working on how you show up - your presence, your influence, how you land with others
Looking for a trusted, third party thinking partner
-
You’re a VP, SVP, or C-suite leader. The decisions are heavier, the audience is wider, and honest space to think is harder to find.
You might be:
Guiding your organization through a transformation
Navigating a CEO transition, succession, or culture change
Balancing stakeholders who all want something different
Wanting one place where you can think out loud, without performing
-
You’re between chapters. Maybe by choice, maybe not.
You might be:
Leaving a long-tenured role and figuring out what comes next
Moving to a new organization or industry
Exiting a role unexpectedly and working through what that means
Sorting out both the practical and the personal sides of a transition
Leadership Development for Teams
-
I’ve sat on leadership teams where every person was capable, knowledgeable, and had earned their seat at the table. And yet we still couldn’t perform as a team.
We debated priorities. We defended our own areas. We competed for resources. Accountability came and went. Culture was an afterthought.
Here’s what I’ve come to believe. Even the most capable leaders - with a clear strategy and priorities - will struggle until they define how they’ll lead together. How a team thinks, decides, challenges one another, and holds itself accountable is what separates a group of capable individuals from a high performing team.
I help teams cut through the noise, hear one another, and move with purpose and clarity. I don’t walk in with a framework or 12-step program. I design the environment and the conditions for a team to do its best thinking, then hold space while they do it.
Every engagement is designed around the challenges your team is carrying right now and what you want to accomplish together.
A Note on CliftonStrengths
I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. When it fits, I use CliftonStrengths to help you name your natural talents and put them to work more deliberately - as an individual or as a team.
It’s a tool in my toolbox, and a good one. But the tool is never where the growth comes from. That part is yours.
